Sunday Morning Gathering Information and Safety Guidelines During COVID19

What if I am uncomfortable with attending?

Follow your conviction. If you do not feel comfortable in attending a Sunday service, that’s okay. There  should be no shame or guilt in choosing to remain at home for safety and health reasons.

When will we meet for in person gatherings?

We have a socially-distanced Sunday morning worship service at 10 a.m. in the sanctuary and livestream in the fellowship hall where masks are encouraged but not required. The choir room is reserved as a mask only area where the service is also livestreamed. The choir room entrance and exit are from the outside. Please arrive a few minutes early, and greeters will help you take your seat.

Youth ages 6th – 12th grades meet Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. in the Student Room for fellowship, games and a devotion.

The Wednesday evening Table Talk Bible Study continues as a livestream only event.

Please see our events calendar for a listing of upcoming special events and gatherings.

Will there be childcare or Sunday School?

Sunday school classes are currently meeting at 9 a.m. Nursery and childcare for ages birth through three (children who have not yet entered Pre-K) is provided during the Sunday school hour and during the morning worship service.

Will the livestream continue?

Yes! The livestream will continue Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings.

Will the building be clean?

Extra measures are being taken to ensure the building is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the building as well.

What other safety measures will be taken?

We will do our best to ensure socially-distanced seating and minimize physical contact among the congregation. Offering boxes will be placed in the exits in which to deposit offerings.

What are the plans for the future?

We will be planning how to accommodate increased attendance in the future, Lord willing. Please join us in prayer for clarity regarding future plans for other ministries and activities of the church.

How can I prepare my heart?

This is new territory for all of us. We are learning as we go. We will work hard at refining all we do to best serve the congregation and glorify the Lord. We ask for your prayers and patience and flexibility in these coming weeks.
